Villa Joutsen is a well-equipped log villa in excellent condition located by a huge lake called Saimaa. From its wide terrace you can admire the beautiful lake scenery.
You have two saunas at your disposal. One, electric, is in the villa and the other is on the beach. It is heated with wood. The shallow beach is perfect for swimming and is also safe for small children. The beach has a hard sand/gravel bottom. A very moderate flow in the water, which does not interfere with swimming or boating in any way.
If you like fishing, this place is perfect for you. Saimaa is known to be very fishy and with the rowing boat at your disposal you can find the best fishing spots.
The cozy villa was built in 2005. There is a large and bright living room with a pull-out sofa bed, television and a nice fireplace. A bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two separate beds, plus a sleeping loft that also has two beds. A kitchen that is fully equipped and a sauna that is connected to a washroom and a dressing/housekeeping room.
The water distance to a ferry is 0.3 km (the sounds of the ferry can be heard at the cottage). The ferry rarely moves.

The villa is located on the shore of a large lake called Saimaa. Good opportunities for fishing and swimming. The easy-to-navigate forest has excellent berry and mushroom terrains.
The golf course is 5 km away. 12 km to the local store.
A nature trail starts from the cabin, which connects to the municipal nature trail network. Several paths of different lengths. In addition, there is a hut approx. 3 km away, which is a good excursion destination.
If necessary, you can quickly drive to the charming center of Puumala, where there are many small shops and cafes.
Available for rent, e.g. baby bed, high chair, bicycles, life jackets, Buster boat 10 hp and Buster boat 40 hp.
